I am an ever-curious professional chef with over three decades of restaurant work behind me. I don’t say no to much, except for nuts in chocolate chip cookies. I enjoy finding out how things work and how to make things work, be it a different way of cooking, a business project, a broken piece of machinery, or some other facet of life that needs adjusting. My happy places are in the kitchen and wandering the outdoors.
